Welcome to the Intuitive Diva! By using our website and making a purchase, you agree to the following terms:

1. Custom handmade & drop ship products: We offer both custom handmade items (including jewelry and aprons), other products and drop-shipped products (Such as crystals, incense, and other items). Please note the following:

• Custom handmade items: all custom handmade products are made to order, and due to their personalized nature, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for exchanges on these items. To review your order carefully before purchase.
• Drop shipped products: drop shipped items may be returned, depending on the suppliers return policy. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving a drop-shipped product if you wish to inquire about a return or exchange.

2. Repairs policy for handmade jewelry: if your bracelet or jewelry item breaks or is damaged within 30 days of receipt, we offer free repairs. Contact us at theintuitivediva1@Gmail.com for repair request. After 30 days, repairs may incur a charge.

3. Shipping and handling: orders will be processed within 3-7 business days dependent on the nature of the creation process. For custom handmade items we will ship once your product is ready. Drop shipped items will ship directly from our suppliers and may take longer to process. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

4. Privacy and security: we respect your privacy. Personal information is so is used solely for processing your orders, and we take the security of your data seriously. We do not share your information with 3rd parties.

5. Product availability: our products, both handmade and drop shipped, may vary in availability. If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you promptly. Our Custom Handmade Aprons are one of a kind however.

6. Payment: we accept various payment options, which you will see and be able to choose from at checkout. Payment is due at the time of purchase. By providing payment information, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

7. Intellectual property: all content including designs, images, and text, is owned by the Intuitive Diva. Authorized use of any materials from our website is prohibited

8. Modifications: we reserve the right to update and modify these terms of service at any time. All changes will be posted on this page, and you are advised to review them.
